Welcome to

A neurofeedback wellness platform bridging rigorous brain science with transformative, immersive sound journeys. Frequencies for the Mind and Body (FMB) delivers personalized brain entrainment sessions using sound and light to promote neuroplasticity, emotional regulation, and access to altered states of consciousness.
By leveraging psychoacoustics and spatial audio design, we craft deeply immersive sonic environments. Raw sine waves provide the clinical precision; music and psychoacoustic layering provide the art. This multidisciplinary approach bypasses the analytical mind, speaking directly to the nervous system to trigger profound shifts in consciousness.

You don't need to force the change. Your biology does the work.
The FMB journey is fundamentally passive. You simply press play, put on your headphones (or engage with the light/haptic arrays), and let your brain do what it does best: synchronize. Because the process requires zero cognitive effort, it is highly accessible — allowing the nervous system to regulate without the burden of active participation. Over time, these temporary states become lasting traits.
Tailored for every brain. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — our programs offer distinct, evidence-based pathways for all type of Neurocomplex minds, Typical, ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD profiles.

Acute Downregulation
Rapid reduction of sympathetic arousal and cortisol levels.
Sustained Flow
Extended periods of deep work and analytical clarity without burnout.
Sensory Coherence
Enhanced integration of sensory input, reducing overload and grounding the nervous system.
Altered States
Safe, guided access to theta and gamma states for creativity and introspection.
Grounded in EEG, MEG, and decades of clinical research — we focus on how you feel and perform, backed by the mechanics of the Frequency Following Response. The efficacy of FMB relies on the Frequency Following Response (FFR) — the brain's natural tendency to synchronize its electrical activity to the rhythm of external stimuli.
Dichotic & split-hemisphere entrainment: unlike generic meditation apps, FMB uses dichotic monaural beats and isochronic split-hemisphere protocols. Because the auditory pathway is largely contralateral (left ear drives the right hemisphere, and vice versa), we can deliver different frequencies to each ear — a targeted interhemispheric stimulus that "exercises" the corpus callosum and helps normalize brainwave asymmetries.
Light & photic entrainment: pairing audio with light flicker synced to the same frequency stimulates the visual and auditory cortex simultaneously, amplifying the entrainment effect and driving brainwaves toward a target state — 40 Hz Gamma for memory consolidation, or 10 Hz Alpha for calm — faster than audio alone.
One brain, two hemispheres. At rest each side runs at its own rhythm and colour; a steady 4 Hz sound wave enters from both sides and pulls them into sync — the brain settles into a calm, coherent state, shown here in soft pink. Pulse speeds are illustrative, so nothing strobes.
Sound Designer. Researcher. Developer.

FMB was born out of a singular obsession: mapping the exact point where rigorous neuroscience intersects with the transformative power of art.
I am Johann, the creator and lead developer of Frequencies for the Mind and Body. My background is multidisciplinary — I am a producer and sound designer, software developer and hardware prototyper who builds custom audio-visual synchronization rigs to test the limits of human brain entrainment and state of consciousness.
But data and hardware are only half the story. I believe that for neuroplasticity to truly take root, the experience must be beautiful. Frequencies are the science; music is the art. By collaborating with meditation artists and sound and visual designers, I aim to create environments that don't just "treat" the nervous system, the mind and the body, but elevate consciousness.
My work is driven by a commitment to thorough research, automation, and making advanced neurofeedback accessible. FMB is a bridge bringing the clinical power of the lab into the daily lives of any type of neurocomplex individual or group.
